A North Carolina native, I grew up hiking and fishing in my hometown Asheville, NC. I first discovered the Prosthetics and Orthotics profession in 2006 when I began working as a technician, learning the fundamentals of Prosthetic and Orthotic care from the ground up. I have always been an artist and love to create things, especially things that can make a difference in people’s lives. I studied fine arts at Elon University with a concentration in digital art and then went on to obtain my Master’s degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA.
There is no job in the world more fun or rewarding than what I get to do each day. I thoroughly enjoy having the opportunity to work with unique individuals and improve people’s quality of life. I’ve spent time volunteering with non-profit P&O organizations in both Guatemala and Belize and plan to do more work in developing countries in the future.
I joined Biotech in 2016 because I wanted to practice in a progressive and creative environment. I could not be more thrilled to be a part of this highly skilled, knowledgeable group. In my free time I enjoy painting, playing guitar and spending time with my beautiful wife and daughter.
